Facade elevator with 1-arm active suspension

Characteristics

For simpler facades and roof geometries, but with some obstacles we recommend a facade elevator with 1-arm active suspension, either on rails or on concrete track. With the additional freedom degree of the cradle parts of the building become accessible which would not be able to be maintained with a classic 2-arm-system.
